I'm currently on Finasteride 1 mg daily for about 5 years now, my hairfall has stabilized, but my hairline is slightly thin at the temples and back as seen in the picture, what do you suggest to make it better .. PRP ? Transplant?

Hello I have gone through your images. U will need minoxidil for priming ur hairs for few mnths Then u shuld go for PRP. It has excellent results U will need 3-4 sessions minimum.
Next Steps
I don't think u require a transplant at this stage.
