Hair fall has multifactorial etiology . Stress, diet , genetic and hormones play important part in maintaining hair growth. As far as losing hair or receding hairline in men is considered, genetics play important role. Majority of case is been diagnosed as Male pattern alopecia ( androgenetic alopecia). Anti androgen tablets and minoxidil lotion ( promotes blood flow ) would help in controlling the hair fall. There are many brands available but before you start any treatment do visit a dermatologist or consult a other ya online.
With minoxidil few individuals would see temporary hairfall, need to consider your prescription and other factors for hair fall as well.
