The values of Thyroid Profile are : Triiodothyronine Total (T3) is 1.57 ng/ml , Thyroxine Total (T4) is 10.01 ug/ dL and TSH (4th Generation ) is 1.233 ulU/mL. Kindly suggest on whether the values are within normal acceptable limit. I am getting tiredness and hairfall.

No need to the reference printed. It is normal
Thyroid dysfunction is not the only reason for hair fall and tiredness, there could be other reasons like systemic disorders, anemia, vitamin deficiency etc
