The NS 1 Antigen test is positive but IgG and IgM tests are negative. She had fever from yesterday. Does this mean she is suffering from Dengue?

Yes she is suffering from dengue fever. Hydrate her properly  and give paracetamol every 6th hourly Fo Complete blood count, liver function test, watch for any bleeding manifestations and any breathing problems. Consult online for further assistance.
