Analysis of brain CT scan
Due to headache I consulted physition and gave bp tablets and done a brain CT these are the IMPRESSION: Mild neuroparenchymal atrophic changes. * Chronic small vessel ischemic changes. No intraparenchymal hemorrhage or ICSOL. Bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis. FINDINGS: CT-BRAIN PLAIN Mild neuroparenchymal atrophic changes. Chronic small vessel ischemic changes noted in form of bilateral periventricular hypodensities. Paranasal sinuses: Left sided DNS. Bilateral maxillary sinusitis. Is there any problem in result or is it normal bp is now normal .

You have sinusitis for which you can have headache Also some chronic ischemic chanhes in brain. Consult for further evaluation and treatment.
