Anal pain while pooping
Dear sir,i has anal pain along with bleeding from the past 2 months .1month before i have used "pilex" tablets when i used it completely pain and bleeding has stoped. after that when stoped to use it after 10 days again pain and bleeding started . after that i consulted doctor he said there is a crack (ie.like knief cut ) he said it happens when conticipation is not good then he prescribed medicines ''zostum'' camfipala'' ''enzolay'' ''panto d'' i have used it for 10 days nothing pain has stopped and bleeding too. whether i have to continue with the medicines r else shall i follow any diet . r else shall i apply any ointment . is there anything to worry . plz suggest me.

First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult surgeon.
