Anal fissures going on and off
Hi I'm 24 years old, diagnosed with Anal Fissure
I'm using fidoanal cream and freego every day.
The pain vanished within 4 days of usage.
On 5-6th day, I passed a little hard motion and the Anal fissure pain came back.
From 7th Again I started using fidoanal cream. After 4 days pain
Vanished and I was back to normal.
Apparently, after 28th day, again I got my pain back.
Please advice.
It is something chronic ? Or serious ? Any treatments?

Consult to surgeon
Do sitz bath with lukewarm water with betadine solution for15 minutes 12 hourly
Apple locally in anal canal lox jely 2% every 6 hourly
Take laxatives to keep stool soft
Do this for about 3 to 4 weeks.
Next Steps
consult to surgeon for physical examination and advice to management.

This is the nature of the disease. Along with this medication use a laxative ..if doesn't get better or reoccur one week ...consult me .
