Anal fissure without surgery
I am suffering from anal fissure from past 7-8 months and I am not getting any permanent cure to the problem. Please suggest something that help me to recover early as my it is hindering my social life a lot. I am a working professional so I have to go out and work also. Please suggest a medicine tump cure my problem. I have been to multiple doctors and one of them directly suggested surgery to me.
