Hello
You may apply with your finger outside near perianal region
For inside you may use an applicator which is provided
Insert smoothly
Not to injure the fissure again
My advice is to use stool softners for a smooth bowel movement to prevent fissure from recurring again

After that, gently squeeze the tube to deliver the medication while withdrawing it.

External application alone will not benefit in fissure treatment,
There's a nozzle tip & finger tip gloves with the ointment, apply till the entire nozzle length inside anal canal for better relief.
Also apply it before 5 mins before going to the washroom.
