Anal fissure..throat burning-swallowfood
I am a breastfeeding mother. My baby is 2 and half months old. While swallowing food with masala or the little spicy food, i experience throat burn. Also i experience constipation. i have anal fissure(small skin tag like) .What kind of foods i can take to prevent constipation as well as throat burning sensation.

Avoid spicy food, add fruits in your diet (preferably take whole fruits, not juice), and try to add probiotic-rich food like yogurt also in your diet and make sure you stay hydrated (drink an adequate amount of water)
