Anal fissure
Sir I had an anal fissure 5 months ago I went to many doctors but it did not healed they asked me for surgery because it had turned to chronic stage eventually I went to a ayurvedic physician and he gave me some medicines and jatyadi oil which worked and the pain gone with in two days and the fissure healed with in 10 days now its been more then three months and I don't have nay problem but the fissure tears had not gone till now it is filled with new pink tissue its not causing any problem and now also I am using that oil daily 1 ml according to prescription I wants to now how long it can take to go away permanently because doctor had asked me to avoid constipation for 6 months

I think you need kshar karma because the wound form a leyer on it hence it not healed with only jatyadi malam or internal medicine. You have to go to hospital for this.
