Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.
How u apply ointment?
To be taken in index finger first apply on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication.
Tab Oz two times a day after food for five days.
Tab Ultracet three times a day after food for 3to5 days.

Since the mentioned treatments aren’t working , even painkillers ( oral I assume) , I would suggest to visit the ER or a clinic for an evaluation to rule out an abscess or an infection and receive appropriate painkillers , IM or IV might be required as well as antibiotics or any further management .
