Anal fissure or infection
My husband is having too much pain in anal from last 2-3 days... he doesn't have constipation so has less chance of piles... we consulted 2 doctors one said it could be infection in anal as his WBC count is 12k which is higher... so he gave very high doses of antibiotics and injections to dry out the puss if any... but after 2days it didn't give any relief... so we went to another doctor his assumption is anal fissure so he gave some other antibiotics for 3 days. We are not sure what his problem is and he is in very painful conditions... what should we do?
