Anal fissure
Is this a fissure what should I do to treat it. At first i had a mass which i thought is hemorrhoids but can it be Fissure. It pains when passing a hard stool. If i modify my diet and some times later i get constipation can it still reoccur. Does Fissure properly goes away or i have to modify my diet lifelong.

Yes, it look like fissure. I couldn't see hemorrhoids. Digital rectal examination can help to confirm diagnosis. For fissures you will need to have soft stools. You can have any food, but if food contains maida or refined flour then you can take extra fiber from medicine like Naturolax.
