Iam facing anal fissure since last 4 months, tries applying sucrol ano cream but it releives temporary, consulted practologist he recommended surgery, and i dnt want to go with surgery, please suggest medication and ointment for releife, i feel pain while passing stool and also having severe itching around anal area, no blood only severe itching and pain while passing stool
