Anal fissure
I have successfully treated for anal fistula last year was doing fine,now again i have developed anal fissure and scared that it might get infected and formed fistula again, Is it ok to put index finger inside anal to clean after passing stool in morning or washing outside part is also enough with out putting even an inch finger inside in this situation?

You can clean it from Outside only , No need to Clean from outside Kindly follow these 1. Have Plenty of Oral Fluids(3-4 litres/ Water / Coconut water etc ) Each Day More so in this Hot Weather 2. Try and Avoid oily and spicy food , Specially Avoid Red Chilly 3. Increase fibre in take in Diet , Increase salad , Fruits 4. if You have Constipation ( Hard Stools ) , Add Stool Softer Syp Duphalac 30 ml At Bed time and titre it accordingly
