Anal fissure
I have chronic anal fissure , i have been applying anobliss cream since last three months . I am really afriad that it would harm me but when i leave it after few days fissure recur and i suffer from constipation
Will this cream have severe side effect for using so long , visted doctor they saud you need to apply cream
Please help me please

You have to make changes in your habits
And take more roughage
Water that u are drinking in the morning is to be luke warm
You have ti drink it llike fist glass full then 2nd glass slowly like2 sips then walk for 20 steps tben take 2 sips
Dont go to the loo till you feel pressure
