I have anal fissure for more thane 3 months I met doctor he gave tab betadine solution use in sitz bath and smule ointment wen I do sitz bath for 1 week it goes completely and after 3 4 days again its recurring how can I cure fully why it's recurring again whether I need to stop eating non veg..I am drinking tender cocunut daily mrng and lots of liquid
