Anal fissure
I have anal fissure. 2 weeks gone. I'm taking anal metrogyl and fidanol in night. Sitz bath in hot water after bowel movement. Taking cremaffin at night after dinner for motion soft. But still not feeling improvement. Every bowel movement I'm getting pain and it persist over 2-3 hours. I don't wanna go for surgery. Kindly recommend me some good medicine for curing..
