Anal fissure
I am 4 months pregnant and I have constipation and its discomfort for pass stool. Now I came to know that there is anal fissure and it bleeds and very much painful. Please help me out

As u r pregnant so because of pressure of baby there is constipation and it is leading to anal fissure. I advice u not to take medicines of ur own and try to avoid medicines coz it may have effects on ur baby. Increase ur water intake Avoid spicy and heavy meal I need to ask u more for further advice

Take Naturolax Powder 1 teaspoon full with one glass of water every night before sleep Take sitz bath (fill one big tub with lukewarm water and sit over it for around 15 minutes) at least twice daily Have 3 to 4 L of water Have a diet rich in vegetables (fibres) Sleep for at least 8 hours at night Go to bed early and Wake up early
