Anal fissure

Anal fissure occured on my back side .seems there is a cut .Its very painful while stool is passed . Please direct me to a good docter.

U can apply lubricating ointment like anovate or proctosedyl, or Shield before n after defecation.Take mild fiber containing laxative like isub- gull or naturolax at night to get smooth bowel moments. increase yr fiber containing diets like fresh fruits n green leafy vegetables.avoid junk food.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since when have you been suffering from this? It need not necessarily require a Surgery. Have a high fiber diet, avoid oily and spicy foods. You need to avoid processed foods. If you are overweight, you need to lose weight. Do not strain for stools. Consult a general surgeon for medical line of treatment.
