Anal fissure at 1 o clock position. Is is due to an underlying condition?? I went to a doctor and he said it was due to hard stools and constipation. He also conducted wbc platelet lymphocyte test, haemoglobin test which came out to be normal. Im worried about the position of the fissure as it should be at the 12 o clock or the 6 o clock position.
