Anal burning, itching and pain
Hi,
I'm experiencing pain, burning sensation and itching while passing the stool and also after the stool passing. I'm passing hard stool. I also found swelling.
I've attached the video too. I'm afraid I'm having piles... Let me know is it a problem

Ya by looking ur pic ur having piles(hemorrhoids)and possibly fissure too

Appears to be a fissure, but can only be confirmed by actual physical examination by a surgeon. Until then start syrup Cremaffin 1 tbsp at bedtime, and apply Lignox jelly locally.
