Anaemic Condition
Earlier blood test was hb content is decreasing every month almost as earlier it was 9mg then it reaches to 7 mg and now its 6.30 mg hb content is decreasing regularly all other reports are normal iron injections is given continously and treatment is going on but still.hb is reducing what can be other reasons of this and plzz tell that what test can be done now...it is ask for patient of 53 yrs age male

He must undergo for blood transfusion now ...also there is need to evaluate for his constant decrease in Hb .kindly upload his recent reports

The patient needs blood transfusion for now. But before this, it is very important to know the cause of anemia. Please consult me online with reports.  I will let you know some initial tests that are required after watching the reports. And only then go for  blood transfusion,  else the results will get changed after giving blood.

Anemia of chronic illness, he need to be investigated for hidden causes of anemia ... Get iron profile and b12 levels done Peripheral smear and stool for occult blood..done
