Hello,my wife hb is very low around 7.5 and she is anaemic,can she have iron syrups to increase iron content in blood?

Hello Haemoglobin of 7.5 is very less . Normally Haemoglobin is less either due to Iron levels or due to low Vit B 12 . Please start giving lot of green vegetables , beet root , pomegranate , 5 dates daily , 5 Black raisins daily . Syrup will not be much helpful ...Please start Iron tablets and also Vit B 12 if she is feeling weak. If you want I can advise you names of Iron tablets and Vit B 12 tablets
