Now dr has asked to do ANA test since some white patcjes on skin since a year and still spreading

Yes you can check the ANA TEST and to get some some basic idea about your disease if there is no problem with that ANA test comes normal other anti bodies test can be done for hypothyroidism and white patches of the skin.and drug side effects also should be noticed if in case possible.

Even though you have been known that you have thyroid disease ,ANA test is sometimes done to find out what exactly is responsible for your thyroid disorder!
ANA test tells us whether your body is producing certain type of antibodies(antinuclear antibodies)which might be responsible for your disease!
