Yellowish discoloration of teeth is due to deposits in form of plaque and calculus over teeth surface. Treatment for this is professional cleaning ( scaling) of teeth.

Visit a dentist for thorough dental check up and regular dental cleaning or scaling for yellow teeth. Teeth whitening / in office bleaching will give you better result.

You might have a Non vital tooth (A Dead tooth). This can be fixed either by Root Canal or Extraction of said tooth, depending on the extent of damage, which can be found by IOPA (Xray).
