I have started to go to gym 5 days a week with strength training on 3 days and 2 days of cardio. I have been also asked to go for 30 min to 1 hour walk everyday in addition to this. But does it make sense to 1 hour of walking to 1 hour of gymming everyday. Wouldn't I be overdoing it?
