All this is common after tooth extraction. After suture removal you will get more relief, maintain the oral hygiene properly by doing warm salt water gargles. Dentsspa Dental Studio, Pune

It’s very common to have these symptoms. You should do warm saline rinses 2-3/day for 7 days.

Hello, Post-extraction discomfort such as irritation, mild headache, and sensitivity in adjacent teeth is common for a few days. Since you have stitches, it's important to: ✅ Continue taking prescribed antibiotics and painkillers ✅ Rinse gently with warm saline water 2–3 times a day (after 24 hrs of extraction) ✅ Avoid hot, spicy, or hard foods for a few days ✅ Do not brush directly on the surgical area ✅ Sensitivity in nearby teeth is temporary and should improve gradually Take care and follow up if needed. – Dr. Rashmi Puri (BDS, MDS Orthodontist) -  www.ohmouth.in
Next Steps
However, if pain increases or you develop swelling, pus, or severe sensitivity, please visit your dentist to rule out dry socket or infection.
