Hi, If you are not allergic to any medicine, then for the pain you can take Tablet Enzoflam thrice a day (after meal) for 3 days and Tablet Pan 40 twice a day half an hour before meal)for 3 days. Rinse with warm saltwater.

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Tab Ketorol DT 2 tablets dispersed in water in severe pain.
Apply Metrohex DG gel thrice daily on affected area for 15 minutes and rinse with water.
Hydroxyl mouthwash (1:10 dilution) twice daily for 14 days.
Warm saline rinses between meals.
