Start taking Tab. Zerodol-Sp , Two times Daily After Food, for Three Days.
Visit Dental Clinic as soon as possible, Take X-ray to check the position of Tooth and then Treatment can be Suggested accordingly.

If pain is extreme take 2 tabs of ketorol dt together in water after dissolving as of now. Once pain settles visit dentist and get proper treatment done
