My wife got wisdom tooth it's hiring her jaw cheeks with pain , she is 29 and breastfeeding mother What precautions she need to take for surgery to remove wisdom tooth ? Suggestions please

Hello, I will not suggest wisdom tooth extraction now as I am guessing since she is breastfeeding, the delivery was done less in less than a year.
