It seems like you are experiencing pain and symptoms that may be indicative of pericoronitis in your third molar (wisdom tooth) area. Pericoronitis is an inflammation of the gum tissue around a partially erupted tooth, commonly seen in the case of wisdom teeth. It can cause discomfort, swelling, and pain. Maintain good oral hygiene: Continue practicing good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth gently twice a day and using an antimicrobial mouthwash as recommended by your dentist. This can help reduce bacterial buildup and inflammation. Warm saltwater rinses: Rinse your mouth with warm saltwater (a teaspoon of salt dissolved in a glass of warm water) several times a day. This can help soothe the area and reduce inflammation. Follow your prescribed medications: Continue using the Betadine gargle and Rexidine-M gel as prescribed by your dentist. Additionally, take the prescribed painkiller (Algesia-P) when the pain becomes extreme, following the recommended dosage. Contact your dentist: If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to reach out to your dentist for further evaluation and guidance. They can assess the situation, provide appropriate treatment, or recommend a referral to an oral surgeon if necessary.

I advise that you get both of them extracted. In your previous query, you had shared x rays. But with these pictures, it’s clear that there is lack of space. for complete eruption of wisdom teeth on both sides. In the first picture, the backside of wisdom tooth is placed towards the cheek (zoom in and see) . In the present situation, not only the problem of cheek biting but also food getting stuck in the gum opening and giving rise to inflammation, infection and pain will occur. Also, it may lead to gradual progressive overlapping of front teeth.
Next Steps
Seek an appointment with the dentist and get it extracted one by one.
