Wisdom teeth, painkiller alternative nee

I have horrible pains from a wisdom teeth which pushes out. I took yesterday a 4 pm a cataflam 50mg, another one at 8ish and a third at 2 am, and I took two aspirin, one at 10 one at 4am. Now it is half past 5 I am still in pain, but i don't want to wreck my liver and kidneys. I tried house remedies, such as salty water, garlic, mouthwash. (I don't have any clove)

Please visit a dentist ASAP ... taking self medications is risky ... u first should get an IOPA X-ray for that tooth nd go for further treatment ...
