Tooth is near to nerve extraction from pg student does no matter when it is open for extraction then it can be judged how it is difficult x ray gives cross idea and extraction symptoms may or may occur  so go a head

your concern is appreciable ...need not be warried to go for extraction under pg student .....matters is their confidance to take up the case.....even they are under guidance of senior surgeons ...... CT scan is applicable as per their requiresite .... and would like to add on that nerve is at safer distance in the case

Yes the tooth is near the nerve. But you have to get it extracted one or the other day. CT scan if required will be advised and done during the case if necessary. Yes it is safe. It's all on luck....u can never know when a easy case can become difficult and when difficult can turn out to be easy. Donot panic. Get it done asap

Nothing can be guaranteed for a surgical outcome case can get difficult or easy while performing based on skill. I will suggest if you can afford go for a specialist dental surgeon. CT better but not necessary always...depends if your Dr needs or not
