I am of 17 yrears and till now i cant gain wieght on my body i am very lean and thin tried everything but no got no results. what to do

Provide me complete information of ur medical history, family history, diet history. What kind of liver infection described it. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolism. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening for increasing appetite. Take high carb with low Fat. Avoid junk food out side food.

Take liquids and lite food... Small and frequent meal should ne taken in regualar diet. Avoid fats and fried items, avoid junk food also.. Take high protein diet ..

You hv mentioned liver infection..what kind of infection and how long..It is very important that u shd maintain proper healthy diet and  consult a licenced duetician.As per your health issue it is not just ask every one what to eat and not ..come direct online or telephonic consultation or direct practo...need more details to ask..Your daily routine also matter.proper calculative diet char is required unless it will not give you good health.other digestive problem will arrive.gaining weight will be achieved with protein source but still need guidence.
