Which bread is most healthy whole wheat bread or multi grain bread? And how many slices can I eat max in a day without any problem with proper balanced diet?

Healthy afternoon, Whole wheat bread is healthier than multigrain bread bcoz 100 percent whole wheat bread has the whole grains which has nutrients like vitamin B, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and magnesium intact every slice. At least three slices of whole grains per day you take.

Gud morning pls try to take 3slices some days not daily rather opt for millet breads available now a days.

Yes if eaten with proper balance it is ok around 3 to 4 slices should be fine depending on the size of the bread
