I have been using teeth whitening with the blue light. I have used it for 3 nights but I’ve noticed that once I finish whitening I find there are patches of white on my teeth. It looks as though patches of my teeth are whitened and some aren’t? The next day, my teeth look back to their original colour and no patches visible. Should I keep using it? What should I do differently to avoid stains but properly whiten?

Hello dear, Out of concern i have to tell you that bleaching is a procedure done by a dental expert by looking at the teeth condition dentist decides about the procedure and if you are doing it yourself then that is not adviceable and please do consult a dentist .

Its a humble request bleaching is done by dentist u better stop doing bleaching own ur own. Try and conwult dentist he will tell u best. Such repeated procedures will cause sensitivity

The patches can be caused by dehydration of the tooth surface. Please get a dental check up. Bleaching should be done under supervision. If you overbleach it may harm your teeth
