Whey protein for muscle growth

I am 25 years old woman. I look much younger than my age. Can i take whey protein or whey isolate for muscle growth.? Are there any side effects ? Height -165 cm weight - 48 kgs

Hi You can take whey protein or isolate but need to also take high biological value plant based proteins like all variety dals, legumes such as kidney beans, chic peas, green peas, beans etc.. Can take milk and milk products, nuts like almonds, pista, walnuts etc..complex carbs and good lifestyle ( exercises ) and well balanced diet..are key for maintaining good muscle strength..and fitness.. But take anything in moderation...not exceeding the limit..

Hi Protein can make you more lean and you will lose more weight. I suggest you to have Ensure for women for strangth,immunity and energy take this twice with milk in the morning and before u go to bed . Add fruits , vegetables and dhal in your daily diet . If you are non vegetarian then have 3 egg whites 4 to 5 times in a week.

Hello Yes you can take whey protein.you need to do exercise for improving your muscle strength.Drink plenty of water 3lit min.Take a diet rich in complex carbohydrates proteins and fibre rich foods.
