When to start exercise?

Hi Doc, I had my second C section delivery on 22nd June 2022, it's been 2months after C. I still have little pain around naval area. Can I start exercise? Is it safe? What are the movement yo be avoided most? What are the precautions?

It's better to start after 3 months with mild exercise

Yes definitely Absolutely safe No precautions Choose whatever form of exercise suits u There are no movements to be avoided After 45 days the stitches hv healed perfectly well
