What to do after removing plaster cast

2020-01-04 14:09:58
Hello to the community, Need an suggestion I was having plaster cast for 15 days in bow of right leg due to small accident, Now after 7 days of removing my plaster cast swelling has been reduced but not totally & bow  swelling is reduced a bit, I can move my bow up down but can't able to move totally & if I do it pain, Multiple black spots are there too & it pain when I press in some points I'm doing basic exercise + basic walk with sports shoes + applying hot water on leg 2 times a day... So for how long swelling will be there ...? What should I do to move my bow freely ..? Should I consult for the same...? TIA.
