Hi you can loose weight with the help of planned diet. Follwing are the tips to loose weigh as per your requirements:
1. Water intake should be 15-20 glasses/day.
2. Use low sodium salt (easily available in the market) and that would be in limited amount.
3. Use nonstick utensils during cooking.
4. Eat 2 bananas-Apples-2 Coconut water - Guvava - Amla regularly.
5. Eat oats recipes + Psylium husk (not more than two teaspoons)+ Toned milk+ Low fat paneer+Soybean + Egg whites +Fishes + Chicken + Without tadka Dal+ Mixed chapaties + Green leafy vegetables + Brown Rice+ plenty of salads.
6. Incorporate little amount of chia seeds + peanuts +sunflower seeds+apple seeder vinegar in your routine, but these should not be in excess.
7. Oil should not be more than 20 ml/day,
Sugar should not be more than 5 gm.
8. Drink regularly green tea/lemon tea/green coffee.
9. Eat at every 2 hrs of interval, but it should not exceed 200 kc. It should be planned by your Dietitian.
10. Strictly avoid Fruit juices + processed foods + different types of biscuits -namkeens- bhajias - different types of packed breads - shakes +Sweats +cakes etc.
11. Don't starve yourself
12. Since your diet would have some restrictions, you can choose any good quality multivitamin. International body's recommend to use multivitamin, when you are on diet restrictions. This would be for prevention against nutrient deficiencies.
