I have small ulcers like in my both inside cheeks right one is totally normal and painless but left one is totally painless with no inflammation with when i touch my tongue in cheeks feel like niddle but no pain nothing having this since 1.5 yrs... Was smoker but completely quitted 4 months ago

From the picture, 'looks' like normal fordyce granules which are tiny glands and normal if that's what you re pointing out and you have no symptoms.You might have just discovered them. To rule out any other problems,  kindly visit your dentist

Fordeys Granules it's called Absolutely Normal and nothing has to done.. It's a normal thing only can be slightly elevated ,so that you feel some granules like thing
