I understand your concern. You should follow a balanced diet, but you haven't mentioned biochemical parameters as you have asked how to control cholesterol level. If you didn't done test, then you should first check your
lipid profile. You should include more leafy vegetables, other vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates. Avoid junk and processed food and drink 3 litre water per day. Avoid margarine, ghee, whole milk,red meat. You should follow a proper meal timing and keep gap not more than 3-4 hours between meals. With following diet you need to do exercise which will help to control cholesterol level and burn fat mass.
