What are you studying for? If for yourself set your own standards and don't bother If for parents then they might as well change their expectations and or you change your priority Remember that this is but just a exam and life is much more than just that. Aim to do your what is best in given circumstances do not analyse why you are in such a situation or where it would lead to . Say a prayer it often helps. It is normal to feel like this before exams. If you study well you will remember every thing . Spend sometime talking to parents or friends just about anything for sometime every day

You are having examination stress and anxiety. You need to prioritize your subjects and understand what strong topics and weak topics for you. Try to change your environment by going to a library if you cannot study at home. If you want better results while studying, revision is the key. Repeated revision consolidates the information in the brain and helps to retain the information. Other than that, try a daily exercise of recalling your entire day in as much detail as possible before you sleep. Initially only important or superficial details are recalled, but with practice minor details can also be recalled. Be more organized; make lists. Use acronyms and mnemonic devices to help you remember. Take 45 minute slots followed by a 5-15 minute break. Eat and at proper times. Drink plenty of water. Find time for exercise or meditation. Keep time for proper revision at end of study session. Revise before you sleep. Follow this regularly.
