My height is 5'6" and weight is 63kg. but my belly fat is increasing day by day..how I will maintain that.

Hello dear u should do physical activity for atleast 30 min and try to avoid fried food and junk food items .Belly fat is the most stubborn fat in our body and it goes very slow.So keep your water intake high and include lots of los carbohydrate veggies
