My age is 22 years and my height is 5'6.My heamoglobin is 2 my weight is 27.I am feeling tired all the time.can't get energy?can I admit to hospital?

Hi, Have beetroot juice, dates (at least 5 6 daily), spinach, pomegranate for hemoglobin. Eat bananas, more rice and potatoes, a handful of dry fruits and nuts everyday for weight gain.
