As mentioned by you above that losing 2 kgs weight in 2 days is not true and often fake ...as losing 2 kgs weight naturally does take some good time and does not so happen in overnight or in one or two days..if it's happening that way could be possibly a muscle mass..which is not so healthy..and it also comes under weight cycling..
Weight cycling is also not good as losing weight fast and gaining weight fast shouldn't be so easy..
Looking for more information from websites is not a good / fair thing as information provided there is way more than enough which leads to confusion, anxiety , overthinking etc..that disturbs us too far..
