Hi Greetings! I have Hypothyroidism With TSH of 66 and high cholesterol issues My height is 5'3" And weight is 75-78 kg I need a diet chart to follow so i can loose some body weight or other tips or any particular excercise which can help me.? I have anxiety n mood swings issues so i got demotivated easily... Is there any diet which i can follow everyday?

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you .

Hi, You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, vegetables etc. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kg. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day. Avoid fast and junk food. Try to do  different kind of exercise like, free hand, high cardio, yoga about 30- 45 minutes per day. Increase your daily activity level which boost up metabolic rate, because metabolic rate of a person with hypothyroidism is less compare to normal one.
