M 21 my weight is 54 kg height is 5'2 and m pear shaped.. I want to kno a proper diet which could help me loose fat from my body without effecting my health.. I usually have poha for breakfast or 2 chapatis den 2 chapatis for lunch and 2 chapatis for dinner
